About me

I am a data scientist at Solgenium where I work in operational research. Prior to Solgenium, I received a degree in physics in 2012 from the University of Regensburg. I then went on to complete my Ph.D. in biomedical engineering from the Technical University in Graz, which I received in 2018 and was advised by Rudolf Stollberger.

I worked in the areas of computational methods for biomedical imaging before turning to data science with more focus towards (statistical) optimization in healthcare. My previous research focussed on accelerating magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), quantitative MRI and motion correction in MRI.
